Front Porch’s Social Accountability in Action program began in 2010 with annual funding of community benefit projects that demonstrate our ongoing commitment to social accountability and support the Front Porch mission of “meeting needs through human serving”. Specifically, the program funds outreach efforts that enhance wellbeing and enrich the quality of life of individuals, especially as they age. Often the funding supports innovative approaches and partnerships with other organizations with a primary focus on benefit to the greater community.
To date, Front Porch has awarded more than $760,000 in Social Accountability in Action grants. Our commitment to social responsibility complements our Humanly Possible℠ commitment to do everything humanly possible to creatively meet the needs of those we serve.
Each year we detail results of our Social Accountability in Action program and provide an overview of our social responsibility and service standards in our Organizational Accountability Annual Report.
