Carlsbad By The Sea is a continuing care resort-style retirement community on the coast in beautiful Carlsbad.

We currently have a full-time opening for a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper/Laundry Aide performs housekeeping, laundry and cleaning duties.

Join our team where you will:

Be responsible for the neat and clean appearance of resident’s rooms and common
Perform all stages of laundry, to include collecting, transporting, sorting, loading and unloading, ironing, folding, storing and delivery.
Report when equipment, structures or furniture needs repair.

Required:

Must be able to work in a team, multi-task and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, physical abilities test, drug screen and Department of Justice Criminal background clearance.
