Front Porch is all of us. There are as many stories within our organization as there are people associated with it. We strive to listen for thoughts, ideas, insights and how people feel. And we take pride in creating a place where everyone can contribute.
Elected by their peers, resident representatives play an important role in ensuring that their respective communities are heard. These liaisons attend board meetings, participate in critical discussions with both the board and Front Porch leadership and report back to their communities.
At each Front Porch community, we invite residents to participate in a regular survey where they can share their thoughts and suggestions. This ensures that everyone has input and it also provides staff with illuminating insight into opportunities for improvement and innovation.
