The name Fresco reflects a living work of art – shaped by its surroundings, created in relationship with the land and brought to life through meaningful connections.
Set atop a hillside among preserved woodland, Fresco Los Gatos is rooted in connection: to nature, to creative expression and to the people and places that make Los Gatos so distinctive. Rather than recreating what already exists, Fresco is designed as a community within the community – deepening ties to local shops, restaurants, cultural destinations and outdoor experiences through intentional partnerships and walkable access.
Guided by Front Porch’s nonprofit mission to help people and communities flourish, Fresco Los Gatos will feature intentionally designed homes, amenities and services that support well-being, engagement and a vibrant sense of purpose – today and for years to come.
