Our local staff gets to know you, your home, and what you’re looking for in a shared living arrangement. From participant screening and thoughtful introductions to establishing a Living Together Agreement, we guide you through each step while keeping the final choice of who shares your home in your hands.

Home Match Marin is led by experienced community-service professionals who bring a personal, high-touch approach to every match, helping home providers and seekers build living arrangements based on compatibility, trust, and connection.
Program Director, Home Match Marin County
Joseph brings 15 years of experience in community services across the San Francisco Bay Area. His background spans education, trauma-informed programs, case management for unhoused youth, and leadership of a Transitional Living Program for Transitional Age Youth (TAY).
His people-centered experience reflects Home Match Marin’s commitment to building trust, strengthening community, and providing knowledgeable, high-touch support throughout the home-sharing journey.
Joseph earned his BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where he explored the connection between art and psychological and social health.
Throughout his career, he has worked across a range of community-service settings, including teaching and facilitating trauma-informed victim impact groups for incarcerated individuals. He later worked as a case manager supporting unhoused youth before managing a Transitional Living Program for TAY youth in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Alongside his community work, Joseph has maintained a longstanding creative practice as a songwriter. He recently moved to Santa Rosa with his wife and newborn and enjoys making music, building and riding custom motorcycles, and spending time outdoors.
