Fredericka Manor hosts second annual Health and Happiness Fair

Fredericka Manor is hosting its second annual Health and Happiness Fair July 15^th and 16^th 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

More than 50 organizations will be participating in this free event, offering health screenings, fitness and wellness demos, virtual reality activities, mini-presentations and educational stations on aging well, and more. The San Diego Blood Bank will also be on site and accepting donations.  

Participants can build their own event schedule by choosing the vendors they want to visit and demonstrations they wish to attend at FrederickaManorEvents.org. RSVPs are encouraged, but not required.

Complimentary valet parking will be available at the community, located at 183 Third Avenue in Chula Vista, both days of the event.

“Our first Health & Happiness Fair was a wonderful success. It was our very first event of its kind for Fredericka Manor, and we wanted to bring valuable health and wellness resources directly to our residents and their families, as well as the wider community,” says Ben Geske, executive director of Fredericka Manor.

“The response last year was overwhelmingly positive. Residents especially enjoyed meeting company representatives in person, learning about new services, and feeling more connected to the community,” says Cristina Fisher, director of sales and marketing at Fredericka Manor. “We’re thrilled to host a second event because it gives us the chance to grow. This year, we’ve expanded our resources and are proud to include even more local businesses and wellness organizations. It’s a great way to support the local economy while offering meaningful experiences to our residents.”
