ARCH, a development advisory company, joins Front Porch to maximize impact

Front Porch Communities and Services has acquired ARCH to serve as an internal and external development company as a wholly owned subsidiary of Front Porch.

ARCH will continue to serve existing and new clients and will be responsible for overseeing annual routine capital improvement projects as well as repositioning projects for Front Porch communities.

This move is a key element of Front Porch’s strategic plan and its core goals to Build Culture, Develop Leadership, Drive Performance and Achieve Growth.

To maximize the impact and efficiency of its capital dollars, Front Porch is centralizing its development services and making use of the expertise of ARCH to manage new and ongoing development projects. ARCH brings its experience of a comprehensive approach to capital project management including planning, design oversight and construction monitoring.

Frank Muraca is joining the Front Porch leadership team in a dual role as Chief Development Officer and will continue as President of ARCH, a Front Porch Development Company.
